Workouts That Work – Choose the Right One For You!!

Workouts that work, they really do! However, you will have to chose the one that will get you to your ultimate goal. This all depends on where you are now and where you want to be.
Beachbody has been in the business of bring you the best workouts that work for many years and has grown consistantly even in a down economy. There are two reasons for this, one is that they are passionate about Ending The Trend of Obesity and the other is because they are Workouts That Work!! Most people who want to get in shape eventually find their way to Beachbody products. There truly is no other series of home workout routines that deliver as consistantly as Beachbody does. The success profiles are staggering and motivating. So take a few minutes and see what program maybe the one for you!
Workouts That Work – How Do I Decide Which One?
If you have been sedate, you will probably want to choose one from the Getting Started group, if you want to lose inches you should look at the weight loss, if you like Zumba look at Dance, etc. I’m going to link to the program charts, all you have to do is click on the link and will take you to the chart you requested. It’s easy as that to find the workouts that work!
The Workouts That Work charts give you the title of the workout program, the trainer (we all seem to have our own favorite), the length of the workout, the benefits and a short description. If you like you can print them and review them later or bookmark this page and refer to it as needed. You will find some of the workouts in more than one category but that just helps you with your comparison as it tells you more about the workout.
Workouts That Work – Categories
Best Sellers. This gives you a look at what program most people are purchasing. They are considered the most popular workouts.
Weight Loss. These program are designed to give you the quickest weight loss possible. So if you have pounds to lose, this is your category.
Advanced. These programs are not for beginners or anyone who is out of shape. You should choose an easier program to start out with.
Express. These are shorter workouts to give you good results in less time. You will not get the same results you would with a longer workout but you will get results!
Abs/Core. These program tighten and strengthen your core for flat, amazing abs!
Dance. If you love Zumba or any other dance type workout to burn fat and get in shape this is the category for you!
Extreme Results. These are pretty much the same as the advanced workouts. They take your progress up a notch and are intense and challenging workouts. Not shown in this group is a new program called Body Beast.
Cardio/Fat Burning. These workouts get you moving and sweating to burn fat and increase your heart rate. Totally effective for weight loss!
Getting Started. If you have not been working out for a while and are fairly sedate during the day then this is the category that will be suit you. Do one of these programs before doing any of the more intense ones.
Specialty Programs. These are for special needs: diabetes, kids and seniors and pain relief. Missing from this list is a new program called Tai Cheng.
